Dabigatran Etexilate Mesylate 110 mg is an oral anticoagulant used to prevent stroke and systemic embolism in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, and to treat or prevent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). It is also prescribed for venous thromboembolism (VTE) prevention after hip or knee replacement surgery.
