Dried Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate & Simethicone Chewable Tablets are a combination antacid and anti-flatulent medication. They help neutralize excess stomach acid and relieve symptoms like heartburn, gas, bloating, sour stomach, and indigestion. The chewable form allows for quick local action in the stomach.
Mechanism of Action:
- Aluminium & Magnesium Hydroxides: Neutralize excess gastric acid, raising pH and reducing acidity in the stomach.
- Magnesium Aluminium Silicate Hydrate: Acts as a buffering agent, helps stabilize the mixture, and improves the consistency.
- Simethicone: Breaks down gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, easing discomfort due to bloating and flatulence.
