Description
Aceclofenac, Paracetamol & Serratiopeptidase Tablets are a combination medication used for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with various musculoskeletal and inflammatory conditions. This combination harnesses the synergistic effects of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), an analgesic/antipyretic, and a proteolytic enzyme to provide faster, more effective relief from pain, swelling, and fever.
Mechanism of Action:
- Aceclofenac: A selective COX-2 inhibitor and NSAID, Aceclofenac works by blocking the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are responsible for inflammation, swelling, and pain.
- Paracetamol (Acetaminophen): It exerts its effects by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, acting as an effective antipyretic and mild analgesic, complementing the action of Aceclofenac.
-
Serratiopeptidase:
A proteolytic enzyme derived from the bacterium Serratia, it helps reduce inflammation by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, thus accelerating healing, reducing swelling, and improving tissue repair.
Together, they provide fast, long-lasting relief from symptoms of arthritis, back pain, sports injuries, dental pain, post-operative pain, and other inflammatory conditions.
